Cohen Testifies before congress on “Transparency”

Knight Chair Sarah Cohen testified about the Freedom of Information Act before the Senate Judiciary Committee on March 15, 2011.  Professor Cohen’s testimony was entitled “Ensuring Transparency and Accountability in the Digital Age.”  (Cohen is introduced at 86:25.)
