Judith Kelley is a Faculty Fellow in the DeWitt Wallace Center for Media and Democracy. She researches how international actors can promote democratic and human rights reforms and is an expert on international relations. Kelley has published several books and has had her work published by the Princeton University Press, Cambridge University Press, and in journals such as American Political Science Review, American Journal of Political Science, International Organization, International Studies Quarterly, and the Journal of Common Market Studies.
