The 9th Street Journal is published by students in the DeWitt Wallace Center for Media & Democracy in the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University.
The goal of the 9th Street Journal is to publish news and feature articles about Durham and give the students an opportunity to cover important issues in urban America. The project is edited by Bill Adair, the Knight Professor for the Practice of Journalism and Public Policy at Sanford, and adjunct faculty member Catherine Clabby, manager of the Duke Reporters’ Lab.
